Try "Settings" in the left column. The legend for the colors is there. I have mine on default, and red = heart rate.

Hi Al, as far as I can see it is just a wattage graph, and there is no HR option. I do have it set to normalized power, would it be average? Thanks!
Dan
Dan - OK, I misunderstood your query. Have you gone into "Customize this chart" to see if there's any info?
That "Settings" area i mentioned does apply, in that the parameter associated with the color red will be the same for all charts. Eg, speed is always blue, HR is always red in all the charts (at least in the default settings). Although why HR or anything else should show up in the mean max power curve is a mystery, I agree.

Thanks for the input Al and Tom. I understand what is going on now, I appreciate all your help.

I didn't say I understand WHY the line is there, I just know what it is now!!! But, I watched Patrick on a youtube video last night and he said that during the OS or early inseason that the "This Season" line would be above your power curve. Right now my power curve is below This Season's curve for about 10 minutes and then it is even for the rest. I think that is because I have been inside since November and my workouts have been very directed in that I warm up for about 10 minutes and the rest of the hour or so is hammer time. Plus, I don't have a ton of data (less than 5 or so months), and I think if I were outside getting longer rides in, it wouldn't be so because there seems to be more "down time" on my outdoor rides from road/envrironmental conditions and right now for this part of the season, the volume and intensity are not starting to peak yet. I wish I could tell you more, but I don't know your timeline or race schedule. My only race is in sept. so I'm not worried, if your first A race isn't for another 18 weeks, I wouldn't worry about it either. BUT..... if you want your curve to go up, ride harder longer!!! I believe that is the cure for most things power based! Thanks for all your help, I hope I helped a bit here, but I'm still on a SLOW learning curve with wko. Good luck!
