2014 IM Lou Race Prep - Week 10 (11 weeks remaining)

So OS is done....Get Faster is done....Official Race Prep Phase begins this week....IM Training Plan Week 10....12 weeks out from race day.....Lets get this baby rollin'!

I had to briefly shorten the swim workout this morning but got in 2400 yards pretty close to the main workout profile.

Curious...have many of you been swimming much already? (FYI - I'm not a good swimmer)....

also:  What do you do for the swim warmups? Just swim? Mixed strokes? swim & drills?...
