kevin's 2014 plan

Just finished get faster. Should I start intermediate half Ironman 14 week? I have super frog 70.3 A race in 16 weeks. If I start  that plan today it puts me in week five. I don't train on Sundays. How should I modify plan to a six day?

    Below is the season plan I created for you during your trial membership:

    Yes, you'll follow ^that^, loading up the HIM plan to end on 9/28. 

    Re Sunday: please take a look at the workout schedule for Sunday in the HIM plan. Where, based on your experience with your week works, is the most likely place where you could some to most of that workout?
