Nicole Delaney - 70.3 in ten days, how to approach IM Plan?

I am racing Tremblant 70.3 a week from Sunday (June 22), do you have advice for approaching workouts from today forward? I'm in week 11 of the IM plan.

This is NOT an A-race for me, so my inclination is to treat it as a training day/not taper. But, I thought I should probably seek your advice so that show up on the beach ready to go on June 22.

Sidebar: slightly terrified since this is my first 70.3, even though I've done IMs.

  • 70.3s are so much more fun and chill for me. Remind me of how our sport used to be back in the day. Basic guidance is full plan thru Wed wkos, then Thursday swim only, Friday off, Sat is stay loose and Sunday is race day. If you are more tired than usual, turn Wed into an easy hour spin with 5 x 1' (4') @ z5 and sporophyte the run.
