Ok. I that case, just skip the tests and do the race instead.
You "could" test the following week, if you feel a need to test and reset your training zones. But if you're training zones are good, no pressing need to test. Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

Are you in GF Wk 1 or Wk 8?
