IM Canada- RR week coming up
Hey all participating in IM Canada. Next week is camp week in our training plan, and that means race rehearsal. Personally I wont be doing camp week exactly as described, but I will be following the 'old' version of week 15 with RR on Saturday. I just wanted to encourage everyone to post your race rehearsal plans to get feedback.
I took yesterday off, legs were feeling dead. I was planning on skipping the ABP ride this week, but now I will be doing the long run on Sunday.
