leslie's race week micro thread

Good Good Monday Morning Coach!!

Quick question about training this week.  I should have looked ahead earlier,  but my race is on Saturday and my race week workouts are set up for a Sunday race.  Is it okay to shift everything back one day?  Then I guess I would skip the swim today and do the bike/run planned or Tuesday?  Or skip run on Friday - rest on Friday as planned- then race Saturday?  It's not that huge of a deal since it's a short course race.....but we have a little friendly husband/wife competition at this race.....and I've been talkin' a lot of trash.....:)
