new start

Hello Coach,

I was to start this week the get faster plan for 8 weeks then drop into the IM plan for Florida in Nov.

Im lost, I took last week off after Nationals, like we discussed, my foot was still bothering me after the fall in the water. I wanted to know if I could us the race results for starting my get faster plan  on Monday, or did I need to test. I didn't hear back so I assumed you are overloaded.

I have a sprint race Wed night. I wanted to know if this could be used for the testing this week?

If so , I will just start training in on the training schedule Thursday with my new race numbers.

This is what I am going to do.

Monday /lost no workout.

Tuesday/swim at lake

Wednesday / race the sprint and use those numbers for my start of get faster plan. 

Thursday /

  • YM answered you as you posted this I believe. :) I was at camp in Placid from Thursday to Sunday nite. I want one more easy week (you can race wed!) and then Get Faster starting next week. And yes you can use the Sprint results for your zones!!!! Go get'em!!!
