ISHOF Safe Swimmer Buoy

I'm planning to get a couple of those ISHOF safe swimmer buoys for my son and I.  For those of us who haven't used one, it's basically an inflatable device that fastens to a waist belt and drags behind in the water.  You wear it for visibility and emergency flotation during open water swims.  I've been looking at the ISHOF H2O (looks like a Barbie & Ken doll life raft with a pouch for water bottle, etc.), and the ISHOF Safeswimmer float (looks like an inflated dry sack).  I have also seen a similar device sold under the Arrow brand (on Amazon).  Does anyone have a recommendation to share?  Just an observation, the ISHOF H2O looks kind of clunky to me.  Any thoughts?
