Debbie V Macro Thread
Hi,
I completed the Boulder 70.3 yesterday, and am also doing the Boulder full IM on Aug 3. I had the half scheduled when my original road map was created, but am wondering now if I should adjust my schedule this week (week 14 of 20)...this is a pretty big volume week. I'm feeling pretty good today- not too sore, but I think my legs were pretty tired before the race- I was a lot slower than I expected.
