How to Hack the Plan this week
Hi Coach Patrick,
I am recovering from EN Camp and plan to swim today and do light bike/run tomorrow. I am racing Syracuse this weekend so how
should I approach Thursday, Friday, Saturday? Thinking that long run will be done Sunday and not Thursday. I will do a recon ride in Syracuse on Friday followed by a light run. Saturday morning I plan to swim and then check bike. Rest remainder of day.
I guess I am just not clear on what to do Thursday. Please clarify for me.
