I thought the reason why I did a second TSR for today, after doing one for you on Sunday, was because you decided to not do Muskoka? At the end of the day, it's entirely up to you and what goals you have for each race. But let's please have that discussion here vs me doing serial TSRs for you

Just looking for guidance on whether stacking two HIM's is something you would recommend or see do-able for the average AG'er like me?

What's the space between the two HIMs again?
In my experience, a gap of 6-8wks is ideal, as that gives us time to do a bit of the Get Faster plan between races. As the gap between races get shorter and shorter, your performance for the second race is often closer and closer to the performance in the first race, if that makes sense. A gap between the two races is best for increasing fitness and tweaking things between the races.

They are 2 weeks apart. Not much time for anything.
Both races are at a beautiful venue and the courses are pretty awesome to bike and run. Hence the appeal to try and do both.
Will choose one though. May come down to a coin toss
