How does it compare to IMWI?

The biggest differences are the bike and run courses:

Bike:

• IMLP: a lot of gain but generally easier to figure out -- you're typically doing one thing for a long time so it's easier to get that right. 
• IMWI: as you know, you're constantly doing something different. More challenging overall, for this reason.

Run:

• Nothing very challenging, terrain-wise, on the IMWI course. Good spectator support pretty much everywhere.
• IMLP: the beefiest hills on the course are in the last ~3-4 miles of each lap, right where they hurt the most.
