Joe's Canoe Trip

Hi Patrick,

Get Faster  - week 6 of 8. No major planned for a long time. Heading out for a canoe trip on Friday morning that will last all weekend.

I can probably do something for 1 to 1.5 hours on Friday morning, but will have to bail on Saturday's long bike and probably Sunday's long run. Any thoughts on how to adjust?

  • No need to adjust, enjoy the break and we will pick it back up again the following week. You'll have fun, and you'll be rested enough to really beat yourself up in the last two weeks. :-)
