WAM Training Plan

I am only a week into endurance nation.  I did Syracuse 70.3 yesterday, although I was not well trained for it.  As recommended by Coach P, I focused on the race details, as opposed to the fitness.  I actually had a PR for the very difficult course at 6:48 (47 swim, 3:14 bike, 2:39 run). 

 

I now want to get my training in order for the rest of the season.  I will be doing the double mussel on July 12/13.  Does that change the training plan for a 70.3 in three weeks?

 

Also, I am adding the Incredoubleman on September 13/14, which is a 70.3 on Saturday and 70.3 on Sunday.  I did not have that in my original plan, so it was not part of my training roadmap.

 

Can these two events be added to my training roadmap? 

 

Honestly, my run is pathetic.  I am 10 / miles on a good day.  I would like to get that faster, so if there are certain workouts that I should focus on to get my run faster, that would be helpful.
