IM Plan - advise on moving days
Hello, I am on week 10 of the intermediate IM plan. My company has summer hours and we have half days in Friday. So far in the schedule there is long run on Thursday which is tough to fit in with work, then long-ish rides on Sat and Sun....Friday being relatively light. Is it ok to swap Thursday and Friday around or will it be to much volume/risk injury with 3 bigger days in a row.

Your change is doable in the short term (will probably work for another 2-3wks), and will then become less so as the volume of the long run and long bikes start to conflict with each other. You'd be in for a VERY challenging Fri-Sun routine.
Do Tuesdays work better for you, for the long run? Is Thurs just a particularly bad day?
Now I think about another question...do I have target goals on FTP improvement in season? You set targets for me in OS which was great. I am finding it more challenging to keep to keep to the plan FTP outside now. To clarify...it's not to difficult physically...it's just less stable than indoor trainer (road signs, hills, etc). Thoughts on this front?
