IM Training Plan

Rich,

I raced Eagleman in MD on June 8th, and then took the next week to clear my head as you suggested.  I then went into the IM plan to end at IMMD on September 20th.  This is probably a stupid question, but I am supposed to be using the IM Beginner plan...correct?
