My neighbor had his tree cut down in the wood that was put out front I grabbed a 2.5 ft log of about 40-50 lbs, I not sure of the weight, but I figured I could play with it some how.

Perfect timing for an article like this. So me kicking my own azz isn't such a bad idea after all.

I had to do something while my stress fracture healed so I'm getting stronger.
