Hey coach, wrapping up my GF testing week. Improved swim from 16'/1000 to 15:03/1000, improved bike from FTP of 250 to 262, but my 5K really stunk up the place. Went from 7:05 mile spilt pace with a vDot of 44 to a 7:25 mile split with a vDot of 42. Its oppressively hot down here in LA but still disappointed after all the work Ive put in. Moving into the advanced HIM plan and wondering if I should make any adjustments with the latest information. Thanks in advance!

Just for additional clarification was referring to potentially a run focused block type of adjustment or something like that.
