Hi Coach Patrick! It was nice talking to you last week. I just wanted to update you one week 1 of GF.... I did not do the testing workouts because I did not have a heart rate monitor. Coach Rich recommended I wait. I'll have one this week. So should I do the testing next week in place of other workouts? My excuse for no swim test was simply forgetting half of my gear due to a scattered brain from 2 weeks of no training since Eagleman. Lol. I was going to test in place of a workout this week, if that's ok? I've never trained by heart rate so I'm hoping to figure it all out quickly.

  • Jen - I said that you simply plan on repeating week one of the get faster plan, and then we can move you right along. This means you finish in week seven versus week eight but that's fine.
