IM training plan w/HIM drop in

CR, I'm in week 11 of the IMWis season plan with  the Muncie HIM on july 12th. Wondering what my taper should look like. Current plan calls for a 1-4-1 race day prep this Sat. Should I do that? and what should my plan look like next week prior to HIM?

  • Joe there's a whole section of the wiki dedicated to this, sorry! Basically it's regular training thru Wed, Thursday is swim only, Friday off. Saturday is a short tune up on the course. Then race. Afterwards, Monday is off. Tuesday is swim only. Wed is easy bike and hopefully back on track by the Thursday long run!
