What that means is that you drank the correct amount, basically. If you don't believe that, or want to make it more accurate, you could repeat it and do a longer ride (2-3-4 hours). As long as you weigh before and after (naked) and keep track of exactly how much you drink and account for the weight of any food you eat, and then divide the volume you drank by number of hours, you would get more accurate results. Also, I think it is important to take into account the conditions in which you do the test. I would try to mimick my next race conditions (hot IM?....I'd do it outside in hot conditions).
