I have to withdraw anyone still need a hotel room before I cancel?

I booked Fairfield  INN lookout Mt. 9 mins from the race venue ( I wanted the view and to be  out of the hustle an bustle).  It is booked from the 25th to the 29th with 2 queen beds and I am sure the length of stay can be shortened if needed. 

I also booked the Fairfield INN 1453 N Mack Smith Rd East Ridge TN from the 27-29 for some friends that were coming to the race.  This was for a King with a pull out bed.  It is about 13 Min from race venue.  If interested please let me know.

    Hey Paula,

    Sounds like a deal. I'm in a strange place where I have a free place to stay...with my dad...who smokes ~2packs of Camels a day and lives about 20' from downtown. 

    Really thinking about your room...

    I'm going solo that weekend. Always interested in saving a few bucks. Wanna split the room?

    FWIW, I won't be a stressed out athlete. Not racing there this year, just volunteering in the med tent doing IV's & stuff. So, I won't be climbing the walls and asking the coach questions every other minute.

    Just a thought.

    Joanne might be coming out with me. 4k talk is Friday, Dad's bday is on Saturday, sister and her kids in Atlanta may drive up for the weekend...potentially lots of moving parts.

    If you & Joanne need Paula's room, you have dibs. There's going to be more rooms that open up as we get closer to Sept that I can grab.

    I booked through the convention/vistors bureau but was also on a waiting list for the Residence Inn.  I got in at the Residence inn and I have a room at the Sheraton that I will probably not need.  If anyone else is still looking for a room, I haven't cancelled it yet.

    I am not racing this year either imageimage

    I have a room reservation with Marriott Downtown 25-29 Sept available as well. If anyone would like to take it please let me know before I cancel.

    Don't need to cancel until the 19th, per my original posts I actually have 2 different reservations in case you need it.
