front brake and FLO's

I'm in the process of getting my bike ready for IM in 3 weeks, and would like to have front race wheel on there by next weekend so I can do RR2 as I would in the race. I haven't had my FLO 60 on the bike in a long time, so of course my front brakes are too narrow. How do I widen them? Anyone have a manual or a video?

    I have a QR tri bike, with the standard front brake in front of the steerer tube.  I just released the allen bolt, allowed about a cm or so of slack in the cable to pass through and then tightened it back down.  I had to adjust it a few times until I liked the "tightness" of the pads on my wheel with the quick release dial closed.
