Week 15 IMMT - Camp week

RnP,

I am on week 15 of intermediate IM for IMMT. I travel Wed - Friday night.  My plan is to do Tuesdays stuff today, Thursdays swim on Tuesday or maybe Sun. long run on Tuesday and reg. Wed bike.  Then plan Fridays stuff on Sat and bike only on Sun.  Does this sound good or should I swap it up another way?  My group I swimming on Sat. am ( could replace this swim for Thursday) so I could do that and then the bike and run.  Thursday I can't do anything and Friday am, I could get in a short run.

  • I'd have you do Wednesday stuff on Tuesday. Then Thursday long run on Wed. Thursday off. Friday short run if you can. Then bike/run on Sat, Sunday as planned. Or you could do swim/bike/run on Sat and Sunday off (as the travel can add up).
