Weigh In for 4/7/2010

Spreadsheet has been updated with columns for the rest of April.

Down 3# this week, would like to believe it's all fat loss but with the major heat event in the area right now some of it is likely excessive water weight lost.

  • Thanks Tony!

Thanks to continuing to use LoseIt, I'm still slowly and steadily losing weight. Down another .2 this week and only 2.8 pounds away from goal race weight for this year.
  • Wow, you guys are melting off the pounds! I forgot to weigh in the morning, I'll have to do it tomorrow.
  •  Can I get in on the this?

  • All, I'm sorta stuck at 170-171lb. I realized that I didn't need to go nuts with dropping weight so quickly, so I'm sorta logging my stuff, etc. Will be nice to crack into the 160's though...

    Here's the spreadsheet link.

D'OH!  Forgot to include that when I started the topic!  Sheesh!  Thanks Al!

  •  Tony,

Do you check in with a thread each week?  I'll be impressed if I remember to do my weigh-in!!  I try not to look at the scale more than once a month!  I guess I am at the age where some responsibility in my life should be expected.

  • @Dan, actually Gordon has been the one who has really kept things going and generally does the weekly post, but since I didn't see one this morning I went ahead and started it.  So we usually do the weekly weigh-in thread, give a quick blurb about what's been going good/bad the last week in our weight loss quest.

  •  Thanks Tony.

  • Big thanks to Tony! another ho-hum week for me, no gains or losses, 232.2 for the third week in a row. On the good side, I am feeling stonger and faster. Now, if it would only stop snowing so I am FINALLY get outside to ride!!! It's low 20s today and we have had deep snow everyday for the last 6 days straight. Its great in December and January, but I am tired of if now.
  • ;Tony thanks for getting this post up there.  I am off this week and slept late, sorry for being a slacker.  I really did not expect to sleep this late.

@ Dan - feel free to join in even if you don't get on the scale.  Comments like the pants are getting looser or one more notch on the belt are fine but the spread sheet is tracking things from a lbs perspective.  Just throw that number in the spreadsheet whenever you get on.

I'm down one pound to 217.  Not bad considering I hit 2 of three family dinners over Easter.  I had to miss one because we were at the in-laws farm.  I feel bad about that beacuse it was my grandma who cooked but my wife and I got word of the supper Friday when we were leaving for the farm.   We just could not fit everthing in I did see her at the second supper.

I'm going to really have to focus to hit my mini goal next week of <214lbs.  I forgot about Easter when I posted it.  This turned out to be extra motivation to avoid some of the food. </p>
