I am currently in week 10 of Intermediate Ironman plan, and due to Work schedule (16hr Shift Tuesday and Friday), I am finding it hard to get in the Run/Swim on Tuesday and Friday. Could I possible swap workouts on Monday for Tuesday (off monday). And where could I move the Friday Swim to? Thinking Thursday PM swim( off Thursday) or possibly to weekend. Trying give me the best possibly for rest/recuperation, at my work, I am standing for most of the 16hrs.
