5k race on Sunday on top of my 3h ride?

Hi coach P, 

I'm struggling to find my speed back after one month completely off due to a car accident. I think I made some decent progresses on my run and I'd like to re-test ASAP to start training with the new numbers. There is a local 5k race on Sunday that would do the trick but I'm not sure if it's smart to race it or if I'm just gonna exhaust myself. I'm in week 11 of the intermediate IM plan and Sat we have a 35 min run + 240 min ride and on Sun a 180 min ride. 

I could re-test on a week day when my legs will probably not be as tired but then I won't be in a race setting.
