Mark Hickman IMWI Camp Week Plan

Coaches, 

I was hoping to get next Friday off to do the big bike/brick workout in as laid out in the question, but am not going to be able to get that one day - though Thursday might work.  I was wondering what's the best way to rearrange the 4 day schedule (Thur-Sun) in the plan so that the long swim or run is on Friday.  Do I Swim, Run, Bike, Bike, or Run, Swim, Bike, Bike, or Bike, Swim, Bike, Run?  Many thanks.

  • Mark...interesting dilemma!!!!!! image I suggest:

    Monday is swim workout and Tuesday interval run.
    Tuesday is your Wednesday workout.
    Wednesday is the long swim.
    Thursday is the long ride + run.
    Friday is OFF. Yes, off.
    Saturday is long ride redux.
    Sunday is long run.
