James training set back
Hey folks,
have just spent 2 and a half long weeks in los Alamos New Mexico and surrounding cities for work with 14-16 hour work days ...geesh so im getting a little nervous as my training has suffered in the bike and swim area...done some running just to maintain fitness from IMCDA but now looking to do a little catching up...this week i will not test as prescribed but will back up a week and try to get 70%-80% of each workout in to get back on track...still i8 weeks to get it right
