IMLOU Week 16

Greetings!!!

How is everyone feeling?? Only 4 weeks left till we put all this training to great use! If you are feeling a bit cranky with people...no worries! I think we all are:-) I try to stay away from people during times like this.

I am still looking for a place for us to have the team dinner and plan to get it finalized by the end of this week. I'm looking for a mid-price point versus a super expensive price. If anyone has suggestions, by all means, please tell me!!

  • The workout plan said that the power numbers might be hard to hit after camp weekend. I had a pleasant suprise of my sets being .97 & .98. legs felt tired during the warmup, and then came to life pretty good. Keep pushing out there!
