P!!! Great news - got 2600 in followed by a 4 miler with ZERO foot pain. Sucked BAD, but it felt so great to be running again... I felt about like this: http://youtu.be/nfyoDlqKqRg
What is the best way to try and get a bit of my run fitness back? Should I just dive back into my plan, or maybe break up my runs as I go, assuming foot cooperates? I know for a fact that I did not have 2X1 in my today... maybe break them up into 800s, and test after the aquabike?
We missed out flight out of BWI, so had to push the Mitchell climb to Thursday. I'll keep you posted on how that goes.

You should plan on a very slow reintegration....that's a focus on health first, durability second, fitness third. I'd look to get in 3 miles a run, up to 4 runs a week. When you can do that, we bump that up to 4 x4 over say two weeks. Then, when you can do that, this will be like 6 weeks from now. We can then dedicate part of those 4 miles to some work / fitness.....okay?
