IMWI Camp Week (home version) adjustment advice
Coaches,
I was hoping to get next Friday off to do the big bike/brick
workout in as laid out in the question, but am not going to be able to get that
one day - though Thursday might work. I was wondering what's the best way to
rearrange the 4 day schedule (Thur-Sun) in the plan so that the long swim or
run is on Friday. Do I Swim, Run, Bike, Bike, or Run, Swim, Bike, Bike, or
Bike, Swim, Bike, Run? Many thanks.

I just can't do the bike on Friday (I would be able to do the swim or run on Friday). I can probably get Thursday off to do a bike. I guess one of three different options.
1) If I can get Thursday off, what order would I complete the 4 workouts.
2) If I can't get Thursday off, and would need to bike Sat and Sun, what order do I do swim and run on Thurs and Friday.
3) Final option would be to shift Thur-Sun workout order to Fri-Mon. This would enable me to keep the order of the workouts, and just adjust workouts the following week.
Thanks for getting back to me. I think I was supposed to receive a coach's call last week, but didn't receive it. Haven't been able to find out where the schedule might be posted.

Go with Option #3, then the following week:

Don't recall who I scheduled the phone call with, but remember trying to research whomever was going to be at IMWI and setting it up with that person. Believe it was supposed to be last Mon/Tues at around 1000 AM PST.
Reference the plan for this week, I hadn't received a response, so posted in the Micro - Coach P advised that I do Swim Wed, Bike/Run Thur, Fri off, and then weekend as scheduled. Have scheduled the week as such, so hopefully still get the same benefits with a rest day in there. Can still adjust if you think it is better to get all the workouts in 4 days as opposed to 5. Really feel like the bike has improved a lot, but still some work to do - that is probably my main focus in training this year (not missing any weekend workouts!)
