Week 12...Test Week
This is test week for us. I wasn't going to do a bike test since I was just coming off ironman CdA but was feeling pretty good and figured it would be quality workout so I did it. For my troubles I was awarded an 11 watt bump. Vo2 bumped up almost 20 watts. I am doing a volume pop this week and next, attempting to maintain 150 TSS/ day during the week and get all the long rides and ABP rides in as well. Drop down for a recovery week then hit an extended camp week hard and fast. This is my revenge race training plan.
