Garmin sent me a new 405 to replace my old one.

I used the new one for a run then downloaded it to Garmin Connect. I opened my device agent (DA) to read that workout and then save it to WKO+.

My data did not show up in DA so of course I couldn't save it to WKO. Is there a serial number I need to add some where in DA which will allow it to read my workout in Garmin Connect?

I'm missing something here.

    When I got my new 910xt, there was a different serial number, so I have to (manually) redirect my browser to find the new device. Try going up a few folders to where the device number is located, and hopefully there's another one that you can look at - and hopefully it's the new one!

    The HELP tab on WKO is exceptional, if you cannot find it. Shoot the tech dept a question, they will answer accurately and quickly.

    Hi David
    I Garmin Express to transfer the run file to Garmin Connect, and the Export from Garmin Connect (tcx file) and save it in my documents/trainingpeaks/wkos on my pc and then use wko3+ to open that tcx file.

    Peter I tried your method and it worked thx. A long way around the barn vs Device Agent but at least I can collect my data until I get that automatic issue ironed out.
