American River 50 Mile run
Hi folks,
On Saturday I'll be running the AR50 - a pretty popular (mostly) trail run here in California. If you're interested, they have a slew of race following options (yes, I know, trail running isn't much of a spectator sport 
).

I'm gunning for 9 hours, but I've never seen the course, so it's really hard to predict.

My wife was riding on the bike trail yesterday morning where they have that race and she said it was packed with "crazy runners". Congrats Mike.
