Hey Coach,
And whoever would like to offer input. I did my 40 bike test today and dropped a bunch of points off of my heart rate zones. Am I improving or getting worse?

Thanks for the quick response. My last bike test was 7/1/14. Both were 40 minutes after warm-up. Here are the comparisons:
7/1/14 7/29/14
14 miles 15 miles
21 mph avg 22.5 mph avg
159 avg heart rate 151 avg heart rate
This was on the same course with similar heat and wind conditions. Written out like this is looks like improvement, but I wonder why I couldn't push my heart rate up to 159 for that period and gone even faster.
