Terry's micro thread
Patrick, I am back training again after about a two month break. Did the TSR with plans to run the Cape Cod HM October 26th. I am on the short course plan to get my legs back and then hack the HM plan for the long runs starting next week. I plan to use the SC runs the other days...so 4 runs a week with the HM time and distance once a week. My plan is to do the long runs on Sunday per the HM plan and keep Thursday as a 60 min run. Make sense? I am getting back faster than I thought so will probably do one or two late season local sprints in September so not ready to give up the bike and swims. Make sense?
