Now that I have completed my first IM I will set some goals for my next IM. The Four Keys really made a difference, especially when dealing with the lightning and getting pulled off the course so close to the end of the swim.

I had to totally stop what I was doing and zoom in on the pictures of that helmet, that is great...does that come in Black? you were right that is totally Darth Helmet from Space Balls.
