No swim this week due to fall on Tuesday's run and poison ivy from last weekend
Tuesday - 5.12 mile run (following training plan)
Wednesday - I had to redo my power test this week since my battery died while I was travelling last week; new FTP of 247, up from 228 before the GF 8 week plan. I also did a 3 mile nrick run
Thursday - This was my first progressive run with my new run zones. It was definitely a challenge. I shortened it due to time ocnstraints: 60-20-10; 10 miles in 90 minutes. Longest run of the training season so far.
I am off tomorrow as I am doing a full RR on Sat (1 week early due to my travel schedule).
@Din - congrats on the run - new milestones are always great! Let us know if you have any pointers on the course once you ride it tomorrow.
That RR#1 was intense today - did mine at Lake Lanier - Van Pugh:
0.94 mi swim (I was told one lap around the island is 1 mile but my Garmin said 0.75 - i will know better next time) 56 mi bike - just shy of 3 hours 6.5 mi run in 60 mins (run was definittely tough - will have to look at my nuteition and see what happened)
On the tarmac waiting for my floght to take off - will try to post a full updTe tomorrow from Oregon.
