Post camp week wko's
Coach,
Starting inter. IM plan today, and scheduling everything out so I know if/how to alter my work schedule...my "real" job that is . I'm going to do the wko's in week 15 ....the camp week....as scheduled, but need to know how then to alter the wko's for the following week. In the plan it states to only do a couple of the wko's (Monday and Tue. I think), if you DID NOT do camp week. So how do I approach week # 16 wko's, ie....it doesn't say how to "consolidate" the wko's if you did camp week?

That above is actually week 16 in the plan....the week after the camp week....not week week 8 which is what I'm on now. There is also a swim WKO on Tue. that didn't get copied.
After looking at it again I think I have it figured out. Looks like if you did camp wk. wko's then you are to take Mon. totally off and only do the swim, but not the run wko listed on Tue. Does that sound right?
Hey Steve,
There was some confusion about this among of a lot members this week and I believe that Patrick edited the plans to include post-camp guidance within wk16 so I think you're good. To answer your question, yes, you got it right above. The key is to do what you need to do Mon-Wed so that you're back to your scheduled long run by Thurs. Can NOT miss that one.
