Beth Casper's Revised TSR

Hi, Rich.  Thanks for the quick response on my revised TSR.  In the screen shot you asked me to contact you via Macro Forum concerning the rehab of my knee.  So, I hope I am in the right spot.

Basically, I can swim and bike (as long as there is no pain) but no running until August 18th.  I started strength training on 7/31 with a trainer and that is going well so far.  I swam yesterday with little or no discomfort.  I have also been on the elliptical 2x with no problems.  But hesitant to get on the bike.  And even then, my biggest concern is clipping out not the actual pedaling.  I tooled around a little Sunday evening on my cruiser bike and that was a little uncomfortable.

I see the doc on the August 21st where she is supposed to "release" me.  I'm fine with just waiting until I have that appointment before plugging a plan but let me know what you think.

    Cool, thanks. I think the best course of action is to let your knee and the doc drive the train through August, or at least until she clears you. We can then go from there, with your goal to be back to 100% by Oct 27, the start of the OS. Make sense?
