Tallo Kona Thread

10 weeks out.  I'll probably just drop into week 3 of the season plan (with a few tweaks to drop RRs, etc), unless there is any special magic voodoo tweaks you could recommend?

My thinking:

Hawaii goal is a sub-10.     Canada was a 1:06 swim, 5:25 bike and 3:30 run.  Gotta throw a lot of 'fast and short' into the swim for the next 4-6 weeks to bring me back into line.  Rest of the stuff is maintaining these outcomes on race day to yield a 5:15b / 3:30r.   Might be capable of a 3:25 run if pele smiles on me.
