Racing After IMLP
I am in the 2nd week after IMLP. I have been on the recovery plan and doing very light training. I am eating well and maintaining my body comp. I have done two "real" workouts. Saturday I did a 2 hour bike at .77 IF. Monday I did a 10K run. I pushed that pace a little. I am planning on racing an OLY on Sunday. I would also like to race a 1/2 Iron on 9/13. What are your thoughts? Not surprising, but I am not fully satisfied with my race performance. I felt I would be faster on the run based on my training.
