Heather needs Help! IMBoulder success--- signed up for Maryland 6 weeks later...

Hey Rich, 

So, I got a little crazy in my post-partum IM depression, and I signed up for IM Maryland (6 weeks from today) after just finishing IMBoulder.  I have never done two Ironmans this close before, and I need some help figuring out what weeks of training I should cut and paste into this six week block.  I trained for IM Boulder on your advanced plan with power.  Six days after, so far, no injuries have reared their ugly heads.  I want to be smart about this (thus, asking the smartest guys around !), so besides telling me not to do two ironmans just a few weeks a part, can you give me some serious guidance on this??

    Blonde Moment, got it 

    I recommend you load up the Intermediate IM plan, setting it end on IMMD. Then work with Patrick in the Micro Forum, to modify each week or individual workout as you go, if you need to. 

    That is, it's often hard to say what you're going to feel like, and what changes you'll need to make, until you get out there and start training again. Some people feel more or less flat than others, hard to say.
