How to post photos?

Okay, I have searched and searched and can't find instructions to 1) post a photo for my profile, and 2) to post a photo on the forum. I tried to use the browse function on "My Profile" and the photo is there but it's not showing up as my profile photo. And no matter what I try, I can't seem to post a photo in the forum. I give up.

HELP!!!

Is anyone else NOT getting the "copy location" or whatever it used to be in Flickr?

just drill down on the foto itself and take from teh URL bar at the top; just make sure it ends in .jpg or .png or .gif!

Actually I just noticed on Flickr, there's now a "Share This" on the right side. Click on that, then "Grab the link" - copy and paste.
