RR week
Hey guys, I have a question for ya. I have RR (camp) week this week and I"m on week 15 of 20 in advanced IM plan. Due to other commitments I can't do a Friday workout. So was thinking of doing Thursday typical long run, Sat typical RR and then Sunday another 112 on bike. What's your thoughts? Basically it is the old RR week with added 112 on Sunday.

--Most importantly we just added another family member in beginning of the year (Girl) so although training has not been all that good, life is great
