Bike/Run Course Preview

Found this online while checking around about course. I guess I better start doing some hill repeats muy pronto. Last IM I did was IMFL so I think I'm in for a rude awakening ; )

I know camp is next week so I hope we get back some good intel about the course but I wanted to send this out in case folks were interested.

yep, i've biked it but i have not been on the full run course yet. Some friends of mine rant the course sunday and they reported back that the 6 mile section of hills is no joke. I run hills every time I go out so not that big of a deal to me.

I haven't bothered to look - is it a multi-loop run course?

yeah 2 loops. I've been trying to get the garmin data for the run course but this will have to do for now.
