Bridget Pichette - Macro Thread
Hello Coach Rich,
First off - thank you for getting me this far. The advanced IM plan was challenging, yet doable. I can't believe that I KQ at IMMT. I'm really happy with my performance. My bike continues to be strong and the swim is slowly improving. The run is still my challenge. (out to hard early on - Garmin died so I went by feel)
Recovery is going well. Mon/Tues - lots of quad & lower back pain (I"m sure due to run), Tues - got a deep massage that hurt like heck, but really worked the kinks out. Weds - navigating stairs well, Thurs - feeling pretty good. I think that I'm ready for a swim today and potentially a bike this weekend.
Can you help me plan out the 7 weeks leading to Kona? I want to enjoy Kona, but need to be sure I'm as prepared as possible as the heat will be my biggest challenge.
