Byron's Micro Thread

Coach P, getting close to Augusta and
dialing in nutrition. Wanting to rehearse this weekend on the bike. The
Nutrition section shows a recommended cal/hr of between 175 and 300 depending
on weight for the late comers. Using the calculator that amount is
significantly higher. At 178 lbs Im at 445 cal/hr way above any suggested amounts.
Am I reading this wrong? Please advise.

  • There are two calorie options -- do no harm / old school 175-300 window OR new school sweat test do the math core diet way. It's worth trying the latter as you'll need lots of fluids regardless..but it will take a few weeks. Let me know what you think!!
